Norfel Hebron was born and raised in the province of Cavite, Philippines. She is the youngest among three siblings of Mr. & Mrs. Paredes. She attended high school at the Theresian School of Cavite where she played on the varsity volleyball team as a stand out athlete. Norfel received her Bachelor’s degree from Adamson University where she was on the Dean’s list each year and also attended on a full ride scholarship.
Norfel’s professional career began in 2006 where she started as a call center agent for a global company; she handled technical support calls from North America before being promoted to Supervisor and overseeing operations. She has vast experience handling account maintenance working with such companies as Schneider-Electric (PSA-SCHN.PA), OCE Business Services (NYSE-CAJ), and most recently American General (NYSE-AIG).
In 2011, Norfel was married and relocated San Diego, California. She joined LMT Financial after being highly recommended and quickly took over the front end and back office operations. She brings with her a level of professionalism and tenacity needed to survive in the competitive financial services field. She believes in hard work and perseverance and feels with the right amount of patience you can achieve anything you want to, as long as you know exactly what that is.
Today she lives with her husband Leon in San Diego. They spend their weekends traveling and enjoying the local cultures that Southern California has to offer. She loves dining out and trying new foods but especially likes outdoor activities such as biking, hiking and surfing.
